Launch Home Menu when the Battery is Dead

Hey guys,
I have a problem with leaving the batteries in the remote until they are dead in the middle of a boss fight. Thats always what happens. It happened in Super Paper Mario apermario:. So, is there any way to launch the Home Menu from the Wii, like holding down the Reset button or anything? Because if there isn't I could suggest it to Nintendo.

no but after the batery is dead just keep clicking it will use a teeny bit of the teeny bit thats left

I discovered a solution. For some games, Super Mario Galaxy :mushroomlife:, Wii Sports and DJ Hero, a message comes up that says something like "Communications with Player 1's remote has been interrupted" and it will pause the game until you hit A and reconnect the remote.

yeah but it constantluy warns u the batery is low on energy it gets annoying

Especially on Super Mario Galaxy (2), both of them have a little annoying icon pop up with that annoying beeping. Mine kept doing that for at least 2 hours so I don't see how my batteries could be that low.
