They wouldn't tweak it, especially for the reason that it is a classic on the virtual console. I didn't find it too hard.

I'm sorry about my question, didn't realized it at the time i was playing the 2nd quest, maybe i haven't played the game for years and years so...i just poped in my game for the regular nes just now, keyed in "zelda" and i was the second quest, same with the vc game but didnt realize it today on the vc, so i think that remark was uncalled for...and for the nes i beat zelda only on the 1st quest back in '87 or 88, and haven't played it since until today, if u haven't played a game since the '80's wouldn't any of you think it was kinda hard thenyou were used too, so please retink some stuff over.

    Sorrry if i offended anyone.

I have played zelda 2, played almost ever zelda game. In Zelda 2, i remember I got it for christmas in '88, my parents hid the game in a shoebox, when i opened the box the first thing i saw was the gold box, i think it was Zelda 2. i ran upstairs to my room right away pluged it in, spent countless hours with it, the graphics back then i thought were amasing. the gameplay was very interesting. it then took me about 6 or 7 years to got all 6 or 7 items, i was to the great place, i gave up, until '98 christmas of '98, i went to florida with a friend and brought down my nes with like 20 game that i loved, one was zelda 2, my friend and i were inside one day bored, so we put in zelda 2, i was about to play where i left off, but no, my friend asked if he could play, he got through the great place and defeated shadow link, aonce i saw the credits roll by, i was very upset at him for playing MY Zelda game, defeating shadow link, once i saw he beat i never played it again, and it took me 6 or 7 years all for what...all for nothing. I was suprise though that Ganon didn't make an appearence like when u die i see and hear him laugh.

    Hey dude:
    -don't apologize
-how was it possible to offend anyone with your post
    - I was just joking (however you are a noob to this website if you havent read post after post about them keeping the games 100% original, no online, no tweaking)
-and honestly, I wouldn't freak out every time some dick on the internet insults you (me)

I am tempted to buy Zelda II......I had that before I ever saw Zelda. It was tough, but i really got the hang of it and tore threw it. Learn the jump and slash down technique, learn how to fight enemies in the dark, and practice.
The last level is a bastard. Of course, as soon as I was done with this game, I had to run and buy Zelda I.

Oh, and "dont I think it would be hard to play a game I havent played since the 80's"? yeah, its called Ninja Gaiden......beat THAT and get back with me.
