It's not a good idea to use pre-release box art to determine if a game is online or not.

hm......i agree, but the "European" box is from a website of a video games shop here in Greece, in the "coming soon" section...

so it's not true if it's online or not???

also, ign says than WWE 2008 wii is online, while the box does not have the "WIFI" icon.....are there any chance for WWE 2008 wii to be online??

Try going to the website of the people who actually make the game. For the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions they specifically mention online multiplayer. For the Wii version, there is no mention of anything online.

if it's star wars that has no online it doen't matter but......is the box art showing online icon fake???

that's what is was trying to figure out, some games are confirmed on ign to have online but the icon is not shown on the art box even if the game is online........that's what i'm trying to understand.....

Sometimes they may assume the wrong things, or the cover is just not up to date with the online icon included.
