Nah! Just some cutting out wario and waluigi and throwing on an fluor lines filter.

Just a standard photoshop filter. Anyone can do it.

He's fairly new. Probably doesnt know where to start certain threads. BTW: i like the sig. The colourful suits of wario and waluigi contrast well to the vlack background.

Even if you made a blank sig with a TINY pic of Waluigi in the bottom corner, it would still be awesome :lol:
