Long pause between channels

Anyone else notice that when moving from channel to channel there is sometimes a long pause if there is a disc in the drive and that during this pause the wiimote loses connection.

Its obviously just waiting for the disc to stop but why does it take so long some times and not others?

Anyone else encounter this?

Also it only started happening after downloading the first two updates that were available.

Not happened with mine. Maybe it's just your Wii

It doesn't happen over here either.. maybe it's your wii, maybe a update sometime in the future might fix it up...

mine does it sometimes to me, remote loses connection and wont connect again so i have to hard reset, done it twice or 3 times now. it sucks arse
