I play mostly hardcore team deathmatch. I'm more of a casual player
that likes competition.
Looking for fun clan that doesnt take it to serious if we win or lose.
Would like to play with some good people instead of the idiot teammate that
runs in front of me when im shooting, or shoots me in the back to kill the guy
im about to knife.

I've never been much for clans (and nor do I go around advertising 'em), but I do know the most premier 18+ clan to advertise on Wiichat is Gunslingers [GS]. They're a gigantic casual-competitive clan you'd probably be interested in. Check their thread out here. While the title only says Goldeneye & BlOps, they certainly have a heavy MW3 following too.
