Is it true that Mario Kart will have text chat?
Also, when will we get voice chat?

Yeah it is true mario kart has text chat. I'm not sure when we will get voice chat though.

They're only predefined phrases though, so it's not even worth it.

We probably won't get voice chat for a while. and Text chat is well, more like predetermined messages you choose to use.
