No, that's Mario Strikers: Charged. the next Mario Soccer game. Super Mario Strikers was fun and violent. I just love bashing my opponent into the electric fence

Kinda announced when Miyamoto said there has been one on every Nintendo console since the SNES, Wii is no exception (I think it was Miyamoto). I am 99% sure they will make it, just give it time; heck, they might be developing it as "wii" speak.
