Speed-Falcon
Sword-Pit or Ike
Flyer-Ridley, Pit, or Metaknight
Gun user-Samus
Psychic-Lucas
Magic-Zelda


So, yeah my plan is to have a variety of mains so i'm always ready for whoever fights me.

All brawlers have the potential for greatness if used properly. I mean seriously even the seemingly weak or useless characters in previous games were bad ass when in the right hands.
I'd say try and master them all b/c I can see tourneys with rules and stipulations where not all characters are allowed.
Best to know the ins and outs of everyone in the roster so you know how to exploit their strengths and weaknesses when need be.
