Guys, I have a problem with turning on the mingle.
I tried to delete all my Mii and create a new one, but the Mingle Slot is inactivated. I tried to press "A" on it, but it wouldn't allow me.
Do you guys have the some problem?

Yes. It's 24 hours connected.
Does it have to do with the parental control?, because I turned off the parental control.

nope, i had the same problem. Go to the Mii Parade and go to travel options. Click on "travel". Now go back to you Mii Plaza and edit one of your Mii's. You can now activate your Mii to mingle.

that is correct. If the travel function is not allowed on your Wii console then your Miis can't mingle.

It's like without a passport for your console, the Miis can't get a travel VISA.
