    So what's your favorite?

Personally, I prefer CTF, seems to have a point to it, rather then mindless killing.

I like CTF because you're less likely to spawn where the enemy is.

Plus, you might actaully have backup when you go charging to the other side.

jjrules352 CTF means Capture the Flag and it is like an infiltration mode. TDM means Team Death Match. And DM means Death Match; basically every man for himself.
I can't wait for this game and i can't believe its been put back till February! :cryin:

I haven't got the game yet as the idiots at EA have put the European release date back till February. But judging from what i have seen on the Internet i think TDM and DM are the two types of game that are going to appeal to me and CTF isn't really my thing. But you never know when i get the game my opinion might change :]

When I first got the game over a month ago, I only played DM and TDM. About a week ago, I tried out CTF, and now it's the only mode I play. I like it because you don't spawn in random areas where there could be groups of 3 or 4 enemies going by, and your teammates actually help you in this mode. In CTF, it's easier to rack up kills and increase your overall score.

I usually prefer DM or TDM, but often times in TDM, people dont work as a team! And I'm like, ok one of my teammates just sprinted by me to the same place I was going, and got killed, but if he or she waited, we could have easily out numbered the enemy. Oh well, there are a few matches where my teamates to play smart, and there's like 3 or 4 of us walking around together, and actually using the little voice chatter buttons to communicate.

CTF is ok, havent played it in the sewers, but I do love the village stage, and staking out in the enemy's barn or right behind the front door to the barn, what an adrenaline rush!

i usually only play ctf unless im playing with one of you guys on this forum. tdm is not bad but really is kind of pointless. ctf is like tdm with a smaller area and flags. i like dm because it really help to improve reaction time.

anything but ctf. too many nubs don't have the balls to take the flag. ctf = Camping Tk-ing Fags.

Then why don't you just kill them and increase your score?

I like all of them . They all interest me in different ways, and involve different strategies.

^killing teammates decreases you score. anyway, now everyone goes for the flag.

Obviously. But he might have been refering to the enemy as well. As in the opposing team is afraid to take the flag so it's not fun. The way you understood it could be right too though.

I like CTF--it's the game with the most context, and as such, the most potential for actual strategy. TDM has tactical potential, but little strategic potential. DM is just mindless killing, but I can't imagine that being a bad thing.

I play about 75% DM and 25% CTF. I only play TDM with my clan.
