Too many to list. Anything from Square would open the flood gates to more of their games. Currently they plan on releasing the last Square made game for the SNES, Treasure Hunter G later. It's an import, and a must for any Square fan. Ironic they choose the last game made, first for VC.

Chrono Trigger. My all time favourite RPG that never came out in Australia on the SNES, it eventually came out here on the Playstation but I didn't have one so here's hoping it eventaully comes out on the VC.

I heard that they won't be able to make Diddy Kong Racing and Banjo Kazooie because the game designers were bought by microsoft. Those are def. my big 2.
