Movie editin software question

I need to know if theres any good easy to use movie editin software as windows movie maker keeps cutin out on me (it closeis at random with out savein)

I tryed lookin on download.com for reviews but they are not that helpfull

Not sure about freeware ones.

Movie maker is extremely limited and can only use a single track at a time.

Get yourself a cheap one from Magix or something. If you find you have the money, get Adobe Premiere.

Of course, you don't always need to pay for them, but then that would be illegal, and often going onto websites that are riddled with viruses and trojans. An up-to-date virus/firewall package is a must.

...but I can't recommend doing that...

If you're going to do just video altering virtuadub is a good program for that, freeware, can crop, has some other effects etc...

Its more or less start from scratch

But I am ware of the other means of getin pay for programs
Im ok with getin them via other ways and then buyin the program when I have the cash

I have Ulead Video Studio 9 and it's very easy to use. You can probably download a free trial off Download.com
I do recommend you give it a go. I use it and it's excellent

Perhaps Sony Vegas 7...I don't use it but my bro does and his pretty damn noob so that's saying something...Plenty of places to 'buy' it from too.
