MP3:C scan?

Okay so it looks like I've missed the Mounted Blast Shield scan, and thats about it (its on a new file after I finished the game so I already have everything else). I'm on Norion at the very begining and I just turned on the first generator. Everywhere I've looked it said "Access Hub" BUT THERE'S NOTHING IN THERE. Is there any other place to find this? Its beginning to really piss me off. I can't find it where its supposed to be. Are there any other places to find it?

did you fight ridley yet? after you do ghor talks to you and you are supposed to go to generator c hope that helps
