Here's a few of my music videos, I did them a few years ago, and got so fed up of other people taking credit for my work, I decided to post them myself on youtube (they were originally only on google video).

Since they're on youtube, I decided to make a thread on my music videos with links to each of them I posted. I'm only going to post my more infamous ones, and I hope you enjoy!

Kinda. Made me aquire an affinity for editing though. Heck, it's part of the reason I'm on a film course...

Bog standard Window Movie Maker.

Though, I may have adjusted some of the xml files to get some more effects and stuff.

My computer cannot seem to handle Premiere. Can only just handle Windows Movie Maker to be honest... Lol.

Well it works, and the most overused saying I can think of..."if it isn't broken, don't fix it"

I ask because I have some ideas for video clips w/ sound attached, and wasn't sure if I need a special program or whatnot.

Nah, just import wmv, avi, mpeg files into it, and away you go.

Very limited in what it can do, but with creativity you can overcome it.

Also helps if you have another program like virtuadub (freeware) to do things that you wouldn't ordinarily be able to do quite as well, like better controls for cropping. (although doesn't work with wmv files, but you may be able to convert some of those files with Bink and Smacker (media conversion tool -also freeware).

Thanks, I was playing Crackdown and had an idea to group clips from it with the song "We takin' over" by DJ Khaled, it's hip/hop, but I think it fits the whole idea of the game.

There's a couple of ways of getting them.

Downloading the movie files is easiest but less likely to work (or they've got watermarks on them or such).

I use a DVD recorder for some of mine. Before that I used a TV card, but that wasn't very good quality (a while ago, so you may have better luck).

Not sure other than that.

Thanks. Every now and then, I have the desire to do more, but I think I need more footage.

Besides, between Uni and Wii games, there's not much time left really. May see some more of mine in the future though...

Yeah, Uni takes up most of my time as well, but I ALWAYS try and find some time to play my games. :lol:
