my theory how snake fits in with the story

he'll get a mission to stop the subspace emisary and their "intellegence" states that mario is on their side and be asked to take mario out, so as you play through you'll run into snake and battle him, how you will probably unlock him afterwards. and snake will realize that mario and snake share sides, so after they make a new alliance a metal gear, created by the emisary, will appear and be a boss battle. again just my theory
