My Wii doesnt read discs anymore

I was playing COD4 and then the Wii says CANNOT READ DISC it doesnt read any disc.

Even though it's out of warranty they admit this is their mistake and will correct it for free.

There is also an official nintendo disc/lens cleaning kit you can buy at gamestop for around 10$

Oh I did but lens work good but the disc doesnt want to move itjust stsys there.

The same happend to me my wiis lazer burned out so i took it upon myself to have a little fun and take it apart then a COOL idea poped into my head the wiis disk slot light would look sooooo cool if it was red instead of blue. so i went on the internet and found one hooked it up got my new disk slot installed closed it up turned it on and red looks so much better than blue you can find pics of it in my album.

Disc cannot be read

We brought 3 (Three) Wii's from Mumbai last week, Korean version and on installation we find that it cannot read the disc's. Can anyone plese assist. the installation seems to be all right for it dispays the home screen and when the slot for Disc is clicked it displays the message that the DISC CANOT BE READ.
Please assist.

Are you trying to open up the front of the wii?

If the game is from the USA and the wii isn't or vice versa it might not work depending on the game
