How do you attain the magenkou sharingan?

How did Kakashi get the Sharingan in his left eye?
 
when he was in a battle with someone...his left eye was useless, so someone dug it up and put the new sharingan eye from the other guys eye...i dont know the full story, please tell me what exactly happens and what episodes they r on

the previous question, kakashi's friend Obito (as he was dying) gave his eye to kakashi to use. the medical ninja Rin implanted the sharingan into kakashi's damaged left eye.

kakashi's father was sakumo hatake.
