If you replace the word Naruto with Goku, Chakra with Ki and Ninja with Saiyan you basically have DB. Hell, Naruto draws one some Wolf's energy and Goku draws on the energy of what is basically an Ape and - well - I'm sure I can think of more similiaritys.
