Need a good book

syntax... 2 of my favorite books. good taste.

chach, i've heard that book's really good, but i haven't read it yet.

i suggest any of kurt vonnegut's books. they're not like harry potter or anything, but they're funny and have good stories. he's my favorite author.

My favorite authors are eoin colfer and gordon korman, I especially liked the artemis fowl sereis by eoin colfer, especially the fifth one, it was so, so...so I don't know but that fifth book by him was the BEST book I have ever read, oh and I like the graphic novel Bone, by Jeff smith too. LOL TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD MY BROTHER READ THAT AND SAID IT WAS WIERD!!

Tis a good read, but I guess from the book's you have mentioned that to kill a mocking bird is not the kind of book you would read.

NOOO dont read To Kill A mockingbird. I had to read it for school and hated it. =(

umm that was one of the only books I read in school that I actually liked.

Book I've read in School that were actually good:
1984
Great Gatspy
To Kill a Mocking Bird
and uhh......that's about it

On my Own time:
Ann Rice's Vampire chronicles (you may have seen Interview With the Vampire, or Queen of the Damned)
The Death of Ivan Illych: Leo Tolstoy (Russian authors are my favorite)
The Perks of Being a Wallflower
Dante's Divine Comedy (Inferno, Pergatorio, Paradiso)

Books that are better than the movies made after them:
The Shining
A Clockwork Orange
Thank you for smoking

That's just the few I can think of right now
