need helo with call of duty three

im so soooo annoyed because...

1) the controls are messed
2)laggy

those are not really big issues but the big problem:

when wrestling a german for the rifle, when it says move your nunchucks sideways, awayfrom you and alternating, i just get ownd every time i try...lets count....o yea! about 53 times ive tried now

im so pised with this so please give me help people!~
