Need help on Twilight Princess!!!!

On the ice level I get traped in this room with three ice things and they bounce off everything and I cant beat them! How do I BEAT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Im geting mad
