New Glitch?

For some reason whenever i get to the part just before the thrid temple at the cut scene when you get into Kakariko village just after you help the zora guy my TV comes up with a message saying the disk cant be read and its happened to me three times already could it possably be a new glitch if not can someone help me fix that
(the disk has no scratchs and ive cleaned it twice and it still wont play it)

it might be with the game but not th ewii because ive played red steel and wii sports on it and ive never got this messgae before ive contacted nintendo about it
