News channel query

Hey pplz

I got my Wii a couple of days ago(its awesom!!!) and i did all the updates and stuff and i got the news channel, but it says i have to wait until the channel is online or sumthing like that. Is everyone gatting that?

Yes, if I am not mistaken the news channel comes out on January the 23rd. Also, I read somewhere that another channel will be coming in febuary. I am not sure about it though.
