that commecial wasnt advertising a nintendo i dont think, but last november they showed it advertising some car then that car company got sewed because nintendo is trademarked so they had to fix the commecial by putting a robot picture on the box instead of a nintando 64, and the 64 logo was replaced with a similar looking robot head.
