I love the background, it's got that nice soft hand-drawn feel to it. For the render though, I'm not really sure.. He doesn't have that same softness as the background, so it feels kind of weird when your eyes follow the soft flow of the background and then bumps into that hard sharp render.

But, very impressive nonetheless.
