Pictures on the Wii from a camera

Hey, I was wondering if you can connect a digital camera to the Wii by using the USB ports in the back. Would your pictures show up or how does it work? Has anyone tried this?

Also, same question with MP3's. Can you just plug in your iPod and the music will pop up on some Wii Channel?

The only way that i know of getting my pics and movies onto my Wii is through my SD card. Anything else through USB would prolly require some type of driver for the Wii to recognize any USB Human Interface

I've heard something about cameras with bluetooth being able to transfer pictures from the camera to the Wii. That's what I heard... not sure how true this is.

Cameras with bluetooth?! *searches Google* There aren't many options for bt... so I don't see that even being relevant. And I've tried to connect the iPod before, it doesn't work. It seems weird that Nintendo didn't offer such simple support for typical keyboards and mice, and mp3 players especially the iPod.
