how do you make the moving images / flicking ones.

all i have is paint, and windows movie maker is there any way?

Don't think you can with Paint or Windows Movie Maker. But I use Corel Draw(if you wanna go dl and try it out) And your gonna need a series of images to make up the moving image

GIMP or Imageready would be better..... Raster > vector.

It is simple... Don't let some nonsense text scare you... Download GIMP and just play around with it...

there are no ways you can make an animated picture with paint and movie maker unless you actually save up to 20 + frames and put them in windows movie maker, then make the delay between them like .5 or something.
