Probem with Game cube game on Wii

Hi Guys,

I have just got Virtua Striker 3 for the Game cube to have a go on the Wii, very old arcade favourite. Anyway have put the disc in and loaded it up but it then asked about running at 60 hz which it seems to decide it self then it goes on to a screen to set up file saying hit A to proceed B to cancel etc etc.
Problem is nothing is responding, remote or classic controller, it's like they have switched off? can I use the classic controller or do I need an actuall game cube controller?

yes you need a game cube controller to use with all game cube games

yer just open the flap at the top of the wii and there are 2 card slots and 4 controller ports!!!

Right cool cheers guys, knew there was the space for them but did think you could use the classic controller, right will have to try and get hold of a game cube controller on the cheap, thanks again for your help!!!
