Problem saving? game glitch ? WTF?? HELPPPPP

ok..so im at the lakebed tempole part 2..i already beat the mid boss which was the big frog..i now have the grabber!

how come everytime i save....it brings me back to the lakebed water part????

it then makes me go through everything again??? like i dont have to beat the boss anymore..but i gotta run through everything??? wat is wrong???

is this normal?

not if you find oocoo. he alows you to warp out of the temple, then when you want to go back in you use oocoo jr. and you go to the same room you warped out of.
he is in a pot somewhere, but i can't remember

this is normal and it has dun it in all zelda games (i gotta admit it is quite annoying)...
