Problems with wii!!

I've added people on both MarioKart & Animal Crossing: City Folk (And they HAVE added me aswell), but none of them come up as 'accepted' they all say "Both parties must register each other first" or summin like that ><

That either means that they haven't added you yet or they just forgot to add you.
