Ps2 games being thrown on Wii, Why?

ive noticed that alot of previous Ps2 games are being thrown on the Wii and just being given the control system changes.

Nintendo should start fresh with new franchises, or continue classic franchises(kirby, donkey kong, etc)

im just sick and tired of seeing ps2 games for Wii

because devs are lazy and its easier to port ps2 games to wii than to 360 or ps3 because they would have to upgrade to much
