ps3 problem

hey everyone, i just got a ps3 for xmas and sometimes when i try to play a game from the menu, it wont start and the screen goes blank. i have to reset the ps3 to get it to work again. does anyone know how to fix this?

wait a min maybe it will start. many people have the same problem . my advice to ya is to hang on their and be peasant every thing will be fine
