Pulling out my hair, access code problems!!

Hello There,
Im looking for a little help with an access code, The code is 52030 and its driving me nuts :mad5: but i cant seem to find out what it meens, ive tried allsorts to get my Wii online....
I can find an access point my password ect is all good signal is good and i have an excellent lan conection but it just keeps coming up with the same code 52030 i have rung the wii helpline but the office is closed!!!
Please Please can someone help me.....

Hi my first prob is that i dont have any of those routers mentioned and we also dont really have the money to go and buy a new router it took long enough to save up for a new console (NEW HOUSE and FIRST TIME BUYERS)
so really i could do with a solution that wont cost me, second i dont know how to change my router numbers or how to find the ip address im not that good with a pc!!
I hate to be a pain but can any one guide me through this.
My router is a Thomson speed touch 576 if that is any help.....
