Question

Hey I haven't downloaded any games for the VC yet, but I'm looking to do it on my brother's Wii for a Christmas gift. He doesn't have the internet so my question is, if I take his Wii and hook it up to the internet at my place and buy him some games will he be able to play them at his house? I just wanted to make sure that once they are downloaded that he doesn't have to get online at all to get them to work.

Oh yeah, if you haven't gotten it yet, Paper Mario (N64) is a good title to download. Only bad thing is there is no save option (just like LOZ: OOT), after the final battle.
