Quick GH3 Question

I suck at Guitar Hero 3 but there have been a few times when I've missed only one or two notes. After my frustration at missing them though I found myself wondering: Is there a reward/Do you get anything for completing a song with 100% notes hit?

Okay thanks very much, but other than Gold stars it doesn't unlock anything?
