Rayman Video Menu missing?

anyone know the deal why i cant find the video menu that the booklet talks about? I dont see video listed on any menu?

I didnt see it either... maybe it has something to do with the bonus menu???

And i tought my first set of componant cables were no good cuz Rayman wouldn't run in 480p. lol....
