"reading" sd card data

When I insert sd card into slot on my pc it appears as a folder named "Wii". When I open each sub-folder afterwards I finally get to the saved data. I try to open one of the 'saves' and get a prompt stating it is a binary file and cannot be opened. Can anyone tell me how I can open and see my saved data using my pc? Thanx in advance for any and all help!

There's really nothing you can do with them on a PC. It's just binary data that only makes sense to the game that put it there.
