Really Strange Wii...

Ive got a problem with my wii, its different to everyone elses, and it doesnt respond to the wiimote....any ideas?

Don't get me wrong, I guess you could call me a 'Cat Fanboy' but Cats are all awesome, definitely more intelligent than the two dogs I have.
