Replacing Wrist Strap

I just wanna give NINTENDO SPAIN a big aplause:worship:
Yesterday my daughter broke the Wriststrap, smashed the Wiiremote against the table and it broke.... well I phoned Nintendo and they told me that they will send me a new one. At ZERO costs....

Man..... this really makes me even happier that I have bought the Wii..... Online is free.... support is free..... Other companies should learn from them..

Thats pretty good support, though I must admit, the straps good, but the string they have put on to hold the strap, is really poor, you will find in the future they will change this for something better, but I bet the price of controllers go up a bit.

Correct, it is the string that broke, not the strap.
