Resident Evil 4 Problem

Ok, here is the deal. Im running normal composite cable to my LG 52" DLP HDTV the Wii is set at 16:9 widescreen and the 60hz setting when i play RE 4 there is a black bar down the right hand side of the screen. It also happens when playing Pangya Golf exactly the same. It doesnt do it on any other games i have come across yet. What i want to know is will buying a component cable fix the problem or is it a TV issue. I have a 42" HD Plasma but dont want to have to swap my whole HT setup around. If i change the setting to 50hz the bar is still there but thinner. Any thoughts
