It's official. Harmonix, MTV Games and Electronic Arts have announced the upcoming June 22, 2008 release of Rock Band for the Nintendo Wii system. The bundle will retail for $169.99. There will be 63 songs packed in, including five bonus songs. The drums, microphone and wireless guitar will also be available for purchase separately on June 22nd as well.

o well.....I wouldn't push it......as long as the game actually comes out i wont care about DLC until i get bored with the original songs :)

Yes, great news that this is on Wii. But all the cool songs are downloadable on the other systems though. I hope they make it possible to download songs on the Wii version and load them from your SD card.
 
$169!!!!! I had no idea about the price being so high. Its not bad for the things it comes with but seriously!! I definately will pass on this one.
 
Sounds good.

I will either ask for Wii Fit/Rock Band for Passing, and then get the other for my Birthday or Christmas. Although I need to get a new guitar though (real one) as well, so I am in a bit of a dilemma.

Or you can just get the game for $49 and play with your GH3 axes. At least I assume you can. You could on X360.
