SD Card - Only works on Wii!?!

I have an SD card which only works with my Wii.

Thing is, i have loads of pictures on there and want them on my pc but the card does not work in any card reader but works fine on the Wii.

Does anyone know a way of getting all my pics off there?

yeah dont format it if you want to keep the contents...

when you say it doesnt work on the pc, does it even show up in my computer?

or does the pc not recognise it at all?

it recognises the card reader, but when i insert the card it simply does it's usual "egg timer" icon and never opens the card contents.

card readers are often made with cheap components, and alot of people find them not very stable.

power down the pc, make sure the card reader is still connected, put in the sd card, then boot up. check in my computer and have a look for the contents (a strange method that i have found worked with defective readers and usb flash drives)
