That isn't even an issue, but if you would like it 'fixed' I'm sure Nintendo would replace it under warranty. Only downside is that you'd have to wait for Nintendo to ship you the replacement while yours is in the mail off to them.

Just don't worry about it. If you really care about it I guess you could send it back to Nintendo but fixing it won't make any difference with your game play so why bother?

you can also purchase one for 10

or send in the sensor bar and use candles until then. i heard they work really well since they send out the same kind of IR lights or something.
