Short games for new console

[Werehog]

Well the new games nintendo, sega and all the other companies are making are too short the games can be finished in 2 or 3 days, while in GC the games can last 1 week or even more.

For example Sonic and the secret rings i finished that game in 3 days and only playing 4 hours each day, and in the GC Sonic adventure DX took me 2 weeks to finish the game, so the make the games to short.

What do you people think?

Games arnt shorter now(for the most part)
Its just now we have save points where as back then we had to do a lot of games in one sitting

that is not the point, because save point's are in Zelda TP and in Okami and both games are very long.
