Simon Belmont deserves to be in Brawl

I spend a lot of my free time waiting for brawl writing character designs and move sets for various characters that have potential to be playable, one that I wrote was for Simon Belmont and I realized that there has been a Castlevainia on (correct me if I'm wrong) every Nintendo console and handheld to date.
Castlevainia also got its "big break" on the NES so that makes Simon a classic character and brawl is in great need of more great classics.
