Skype is very fun and useful when playing goldeneye. With it you can create chat groups with friends and call and instant message

Incorrect. This thread's in the Goldeneye forum 'cause Elias wanted to add Skypers who played GE. That don't mean ya can just blab in this thread 'bout Goldeneye.

If the rules were as ya say it, people could jump in on discussions 'bout how ****in' annoyin' Proxytonning is and talk 'bout how lame lag is instead, disrupting the conversation at hand. Or even worse, throw up a post t' find Friend Codes and completely destroy the thread as a flood of players come on in. That sure as **** ain't how it works here.

You never went off topic, but ya did revive a dying thread with two needless posts. These two posts weren't a request for other's skypes, but needless confirmation of what's already been said: a re-post. That's why I'm bellyaching at ya. So with that said, enough with this banter. If you've more questions or concerns, PM me rather than pollute a thread(s) with inane chatter which also results in me doin' the same via my own stupid babbling. Like this bloody post as well.

Adding people to skype chat is ok, adding people to skype call and play GE is asking for trouble, it will lag you to death !! Trust me I know...... you have been warned.

As to playing with Skype, i've never actually done it.
But i don't see how it can cause that much lag.
I mean. There are usually two computers(wii+computer) running and using internet connection when i play.
And i usually don't have a problem. Unless the computer is downloading a huge amount of data.

I don't know how big the data transfer is when skyping is though.
If it's big, then i'll def. take your word for it Goldie.
