i dont have this game but doesnt it have to be a weapons match? if thats not the case i would go to the side of the ring and hit down with a bunch of button combos. like down c down b etc, then you cold try the control pad instead of the analog stick too.

For any of you that have this game for the wii can you play using the classic controller I have looked and couldn't find any solid info telling me you can
And about the weapons just get near the ring and try the different buttons something will work
