Try lightening the text a bit. It seems as if a bit of the focus is being drawn to the text and not the stock image you have used. If you like the way the text is, try adding a black and white gradient map and set the layer to either lighten or pin light and erase around the panda. Thus, making it stand out a bit more. There also seems to be a bit of unnecessary lighting above the text. I suggest on going over it with a black brush and changing the lighting settings. Try to avoid drawing attention away from your stock/render. Other than that, it's a nice piece.

Well it was kinda my escape plan, hit a huge wall on this one, also been a while since I had made anything that looked half decent so I need to slowly work my way back to more complex pieces.
