He's saying that your's still isn't showing up. In Internet Explorer or IE-based browsers it shows up as just a little [x], whereas in Firefox and other browsers it may not show up at all.

I save all my files as .PNG and I don't have problems with them. I think what probably happened is your file just got corrupted.
